Authenticity

It is against the law to sell counterfeit goods. www.luxevo.co.uk is a trusted provider of genuine designer items and accepts and sells only authentic goods. With years of industry experience, we carry out an initial inspection and authenticate all items. We then also use a third party independent authenticator.  Any item delivered to www.luxevo.co.uk and deemed to be counterfeit by us or any qualified third party, will either be returned to the owner for a fifty pound (£50) processing fee or destroyed. The police will also be made aware.

When will the seller receive their payment?

Your payment (via paypal or bank  transfer) will be sent the Friday following a delay of 7 days after reception of the parcel by the buyer.  Payments are made  every Friday.

How long does shipping typically take?

Items purchased on www.luxevo.co.uk are delivered to the indicated address within 7 days (in the UK) and a maximum 14-21 days (outside the UK ). Delays are dependant on how quickly the seller sends the items. VIP Concierge items are shipped next day always*. In order to ensure the seller sends their item LuxEvo offers free pick-up (for UK residents only ). This offer is however not available for bags, jewellery or watches over £2500).

We ship via Royal Mail, Ipost Parcel and DHL.

As luxevo.co.uk has provided all the information regarding shipping/delivery delays, a customer cannot cancel an order because of the reasons mentioned above.

What countries do you ship to?

At the moment, we only ship to the UK, USA, France, Italy, Spain, Germany,Greece, Poland and most European countries, Nigeria, Ghana South Africa.

Can i modify my delivery address?

Before placing an order: Yes you can modify your delivery address in your personal information section in your account.

You may also add multiple delivery addresses in this section*.(*items will only be sent to registered card holder address).

After placing an order : If your order has not passed the “appraisal in progress” stage, you may change your delivery address by contacting our customer service at +441322322030 (Monday-Wednesday-Friday from 12:00PM to 6:00PM).

For logistical reasons, if your order has already passed this stage, we are unable to change your delivery address.

Can I return a product if i am dissatisfied?

luxevo.co.uk does not accept returns (this does not however affect your statutory rights). If the buyer isn’t satisfied with their purchase, they may relist it for free ( commission free) within 7 days of receiving the item. The customer service at luxevo.co.uk and our experts scrutinise the conformity and authenticity of all products sold.

Items sold by private sellers are sent to luxevo.co.uk offices first, where they are checked thoroughly for authenticity and also to make sure they match the description as provided by the seller.

In the event the item does not conform to the description made by the seller,  upon inspection by the luxevo.co.uk team, the buyer will be notified and offered a  full refund.

How to submit an offer?

If you are interested in a product but the price seems too high, you have the ability to negotiate by offering a lower price. Just click on the box “Make an offer”. You can then enter the desired price. Please make a reasonable offer. Your offer has a lower chance of being accepted by the seller if it is less than 20% of the selling price. By submitting an offer you are agreeing to purchase the item if the seller accepts your offer.

How to submit a question regarding an item?

If you are interested in an item and have a question that cannot be answered in the description, you may ask the seller for more information. In order to do so, click on «Ask a question about this item». Write your question and click «Submit». After moderation, your question will be transferred to the seller. The seller’s response will be sent to you via e-mail and is visible in your account.

Purchase with confidence!

luxevo.co.uk acts as middle man between the buyer and the seller. When you make a purchase, your money is locked in an escrow account with the Bank. Once the seller validates the sale and sends the item(s) to luxevo.co.uk, it is then authenticated and inspected by independent experts. We submit the payment to the seller seven days after the buyer receives the package (on a Friday).

In the event where the seller does not validate the sale or we do not approve the product, we will issue a full refund (including shipping fees).

How to sell on luxevo.co.uk?
  • You must first become a member, it only takes one minute!
  • You can list your ad(s) free of charge.
  • Once you submit your ad, it will be moderated with 24 hours by our customer service team. Once it has been moderated, it will then be listed on our site.
  • In order to maximise your chances of selling you item(s), luxevo.co.uk offers a price guide. This guide helps you to determine the best selling price for your item.
  • Once your item has been sold, you will be informed via e-mail.
  • You will then validate the sale and send your item(s) to Luxury Evolution LTD, Regus Building, Victory way, Admirals Park, Dartford DA2 6QD, UK (Open Monday-Wednesday-Friday from 12:00PM to 6:00PM).
  • Items sold are picked up by a preferred courier on behalf of LuxEvo (for UK residents selling leather goods, accessories, jewellery and watches less than £2500).
  • If your item (leather goods, accessories, jewellery or watches) is more than £2500, the shipping fees are at your charge and your (the seller’s) responsibility to make sure sold items are received in luxevo.co.uk offices.
  • The independent experts verify the conformity to the description and the authenticity of the item.
  • If the item is deemed authentic, you will receive your payment in your luxevo.co.uk wallet in your customer account the Friday following a delay of 7 days from the reception of the parcel from the buyer. luxevo.co.uk Commission is already deducted from the sales price.
  • Lluxevo.co.uk charges a variable commission ranging between 15% and 28% of the selling price of the item.  (UK sellers pay 20% VAT on commission).

What products are sold on Luxevo.co.uk?

On luxevo.co.uk, you may sell your luxury item from the following categories: Leather goods / Watches/ Jewellery / Accessories. We only accept brands stipulated on our list of designers. For jewellery, high end jewels that are not branded are accepted. The luxevo.co.uk team reserves the right to refuse any ad listed by sellers, or to accept certain luxury items.

How much is the profit on a sale?

Listing an ad is completely free. Your profit will be indicated once you list your ad. The profit is the sales price of the item minus the commission charged by luxevo.co.uk. The commission ranges between 15% and 28% of the selling price (20% VAT on commssion charged to UK residents).

Once the item is sold, you will be paid via bank transfer or paypal. Please register your bank  or paypal details in your account.

What happens after a purchase has been successfully made?
  • If you have not made an offer of negotiation:
  • Immediately after placing an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating that luxevo.co.uk has received your order.
  • You will receive a second e-mail when the seller has validated the sale.
  • In the event that the seller does not validate the sale (i.e.item no longer available), you will be notified via e-mail. Your order will be cancelled and you will be fully reimbursed.
  • You will receive an e-mail once your item arrives at our local.
  • Once the item has been inspected, you will receive an e-mail with the results.
  • If the product is authentic, it will immediately be shipped to you. An e-mail will be sent with the tracking number.
  • In the event that the item does not conform to the description or it is deemed a counterfeit, our customer service team will contact you. We will issue a full refund immediately.
  • You will receive a satisfaction survey via e-mail once you have received your item.
  • If you have made an offer of negotiation:
  • After you have submitted an offer to a seller, luxevo.co.uk will transmit the offer to the seller.
  • If the offer is accepted by the seller:
    You will be notified via e-mail and you must then proceed with payment.
  • If the offer is declined by the seller:
    You will be notified via e-mail.
  • If the seller submits a counter-offer:
    Once you submit an offer, the seller has the option to submit a counter-offer. If this is the case, you will be notified via e-mail. You can either accept or decline the offer. An e-mail summarising your decision will be automatically sent to you.

    • When a negotiation is successful, you will receive a confirmation e-mail of your order.
    • You will receive an e-mail when your item arrives at our local.
    • Once the item has been inspected, you will receive an e-mail with the results.
    • If the product is deemed authentic, it will be immediately shipped to you. An e-mail will be sent with the tracking number.
    • In the event that the item is not conform to the description or it is deemed non-authentic, our customer service team will contact you. We will issue a full refund immediately.
    • You will receive a satisfaction survey via e-mail once you have received your item.

luxevo.co.uk has created a free SMS notification service in order to better assist you . When you choose to receive these notifications, you will receive updates on your order(s), sales and your account.
You will also receive SMS updates for the following situations:

Seller– If your product is sold
– If you have received an offer of negotiation.

Buyer– If your offer of negotiation has received a counter-offer

You may modify your cell phone number/ or deactivate this service in your account section.

Are payments secure?

Every payment made using a credit card, Visa, MasterCard or American Express, is processed using a secure payment gateway .

luxevo.co.uk also utilizes the 3D secure device, which aims to enhance the security of online payments by means of authenticating the card holder. If your bank is enrolled in the 3D Secure program, you will be asked at checkout for an additional security code. The code differs depending on your banking institution. It will either be a permanent code that you received in advance from your bank for online purchases (password, date of birth, etc). Or you will receive a single-use code on your mobile phone.

You do not need to download or activate additional software. Your banking information is encrypted and protected (SSL encryption).

Can i modify my ad?

You may remove, modify the price, or add additional photos at any time by going to your account. Please note that it is not possible to modify the description from your account.
